Q: How do I report a maintenance issue?
A: For (non-urgent) maintenance items please use the online maintenance form here. Be sure to provide us with the best possible time to reach you. For urgent requests, you may call or text 252.714.0317 to report the problem. For police or fire emergencies, please dial 911 before calling us.
Q: Can I be charged for maintenance at the property?
A: Yes, if damage or neglect is caused by the tenant or a tenant's guest, the tenant will be charged any repairs.
Q: What maintenance items are Tenants responsible for?
A: Your lease outlines what you are and are not responsible for such as landscaping, yard maintenance and trash removal. Items that you are also responsible for include:
Replacing HVAC filters monthly
Replacing Light bulbs
Replacing Smoke and Carbon monoxide detector batteries
Q: What is considered an emergency?
A: The following are examples of maintenance emergencies:
The main sewer line is backed up.
A pipe breaks and water is leaking into the home.
There was a break-in and you have an unsecured entrance to the home.
Air Conditioning/Heating system not working
*If you lock yourself out of your home, you will need to call a lock smith; we do not unlock homes.
Q: When and how should I give my notice to vacate?
A: For tenants whose leases are up, a notice to vacate must be received in writing on or before the 1st of the month 30 days prior to moving.
Q: When is Rent Due?
A: The Rent is due on the first of every month. If your rent is received after the 5th of the month there will be a 5% late fee (Refer to your lease) and we will begin the eviction process.

Q: Can you waive my late charges?
A: No. We do not waive late charges.
Q: Do you accept Section 8 or any type of Government Assistance?
A: Unfortunately we are not able to accept any type of direct pay government assistance such as Section 8.
